Description: The Journal of Family Practice is is committed to 1) meeting the information needs of family physicians; 2) publication of evidence-based secondary work that translates the results of the most relevant, valid research into a form most useful for practicing family physicians; and 3) exploration of electronic publication as a means to enhance and supplement dissemination of original research and evidence-based information to family physicians and family medicine researchers.
Articles accepted: Priority is given to studies that address clinical questions or health care delivery topics in primary care. Since our audience consists of both primary care clinicians and researchers, it is important that original research be relevant and useful to the physician in fulltime clinical practice.
