  1. Chosen foods: food preferences, health benefits, knowledge behavior gap, roles and responsibilities, and non-influencing factors;
  2. Provided foods-food in the school: limited choices, eating to socialize, contradictions;
  3. Provided foods-food in the home: food rules and breaking rules.
