There has been a continuous increase in the publication of scoping reviews in recent years. However there is variability in the labeling, definition, methodology and reporting used in scoping reviews. This limits the potential for scoping reviews to facilitate knowledge translation. The authors propose a consistent label, definition and methodology for scoping reviews. |
