Welcome to KTDRR’s 2024 Virtual Knowledge Translation Conference
The Center on Knowledge Translation for Disability and Rehabilitation Research invites you to watch the archives of its 2024 virtual knowledge translation (KT) conference, Disability Inclusion, Intersectionality, and Knowledge Translation. This year’s programming focused on how to ensure full and equitable inclusion in KT of people with disabilities from a wide range of disabilities. Presenters discussed how KT activities can address intersections of disability with and among gender/sexual orientation, racial/ethnic identity, socioeconomic background, rurality, religion and/or national origin. They also shared inclusive strategies to promote uptake of findings and thoughtfully address users' perspectives as understood from this intersectional lens.
Conference platform was Zoom:
Participants listened to the conference using their computer/tablet speakers and interacted by way of the chat box.
