Deeza-Mae Smith

Deeza-Mae Smith is a Research Associate within the Disability and Rehabilitation practice area at American Institutes for Research. She works with the Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center (MSKTC) and oversees the development and dissemination of webinars and tools to support the work of rehabilitation researchers for individuals with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and burn injury. Ms. Smith also conducts evaluations of the effectiveness of various teacher professional development programs and school-wide curriculums, and their impact on student achievement.
