Best known for his Emmy-award winning film, When I Walk, Jason DaSilva is a filmmaker, disability rights advocate, and President and Founder of AXS Lab. Through AXS Lab, Jason uses story to create tools and resources for people with disabilities. These include AXS Map, a user-powered accessibility database, and AXS Film Fund, a grant program for nonfiction creators of color with disabilities. His short and feature-length documentary films have garnered nation-wide broadcasts and awards across the globe.
