Mary Beth Welch is a peer support training specialist with Pathways Research and Training Center. Ms. Welch has lived experience as a young person in the mental health, foster care, and special education systems. She has used those experiences to guide her work as both a youth peer support specialist and as a peer support specialist trainer.
