2018 KTER Center Update Webisodes

The KTER Center presents several brief “webisodes” to share up-to-date information about our research efforts with a goal of improving employment outcomes for people with disabilities. KTER’s research focuses on learning stakeholders’ pressing information needs by conducting focus groups with adults with autism, transition-age youth with disabilities, and VR business consultants; carrying out scoping reviews on identified information needs; and developing an intervention study to offer training to identified VR counselor supervisors (research liaisons) that can be shared with other VR counselors to see if the training has an impact on employment outcomes. These webisodes share (1) an overview of the intervention study and how to participate, (2) procedures and results of focus groups with adults with autism spectrum disorder, (3) procedures and results of focus groups with transition-age youth with disabilities, and (4) an introduction to KTER’s Employment Research Database. After viewing all four webisodes in this series, please fill out an evaluation form. This series originally aired on June 28, 2018.

This series is pre-approved for 1 hour of CRC-CEUs through June 27, 2019. If you wish to receive a Verification of Completion Form for 1 CRC-CEU, you must listen to all four webisodes in full, read technical briefs on adults with autism and transition-age youth with disabilities, and complete the evaluation.
