Cultivating Partnerships to Advance Your Implementation Projects
About the Webcast
Collaborative and equitable partnerships can play a pivotal role in the success of implementation initiatives. However, describing how people are partnering and how to build trusting relationships is often a challenge for implementation teams.
This webcast focuses on practical aspects of cultivating partnerships and strong relationships. We will introduce an approach that teams can use to reflect the types and depth of a prospective collaboration using the collaboration spectrum. Then we will discuss the science of building trust and navigating power, including actions teams can use in the partnership-building process.
Lastly, we will introduce Cultiv8, a practical tool designed to help teams identify appropriate actions that can be immediately implemented for building the collaborative relationships you need during your partnership building efforts.
