This review of knowledge translation (KT) comes from a the national public health institute of Quebec. A detailed review of types of knowledge, approaches to KT, steps in the KT process, and determinants of the KT process are outlined. The final section of this review also proposes a tool for the facilitation of a KT process. This tool contains five content sections including multiple diagrams and targeted questions. |
