The KT Planning Template was designed by Melanie Barwick in 2008 to aid in knowledge translation planning for a wide range of audiences. After a number of edits over the years, the KT Planning Template has been revised in 2013. There are 13 categories each addressing issues meant to provoke thought and raise important topics for planning a knowledge translation project. |
