This short, two page, article begins by introducing the International Association for the study of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IASSIDD). The author questions and examines the effectiveness of the knowledge translation (or knowledge exchange) from the association. While some strengths and limitations are discussed, the author concludes by challenging IASSIDD to become a leader in knowledge translation. |
