Abstract:

Using the knowledge adoption, translation, and scale-up framework, Vanderbom et al. (2018) seek to improve and promote the health of people with disabilities. This article provides several examples that emphasize the significance of adapting knowledge, facilitating uptake, developing strategic partnerships, and building community capacity to create sustainable and inclusive improvements for people with disabilities who face health disparity.
