Abstract: |
This review by the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation (CHSRF) describes a Knowledge Brokering Demonstration Site Program (KB program) that was implemented between 2004 and 2007. The primary goals for this project were to increase the use of evidence based research in health services and link relevant researchers with the decision makers of their organizations. The six site locations were in varying areas and settings around Canada. With dedicated investments it was clear that organizational change across at least 4 of the 6 sites occurred between stakeholders. Future implications and needs are also assessed. |
