This report is divided into two major parts that include a section on key elements of research evaluation and eight case studies on evaluation frameworks. The first portion covers the rationale for research and development as well as the background for the study. The evaluation frameworks in the second half cover objectives, output, levels of aggregation, timing, and measurement. Pages 28 - 64 include the case studies themselves. |
