Ms. Commins is an ILS site supervisor for Tri-County Independent Living (TCIL) and has a passion for reaching underserved communities. As a person with a disability, she regularly uses her military family, disability, and rural background to find community solutions and empower individuals. Raised in Crescent City, California, Ms. Commins has seen and experienced the beauty of rural ingenuity and resilience. These learned skills have helped her effectively open and build a branch office site in Del Norte and adjacent Tribal lands with support from the TCIL team.
