Julisa Cully, MEd, is a senior policy fellow and principal investigator who leads multiple national disability employment projects at the Institute for Community Inclusion, University of Massachusetts Boston. Ms. Cully specializes in leadership development, organizational and cultural change, implementation of dual-customer employment service models (Business Engagement models, Progressive Employment, Apprenticeship and Career Pathways), and knowledge translation. Her KT efforts focus on advancing employment outcomes for people with disabilities by translating project findings into policy, implementation best practices, and tools for individuals with lived experiences and their families.
